Frostburn Inc Ticket Policy

1. General Admission

1.1 Ticket Purchase

1.1.1 All attendees must purchase tickets online through the Volunteeriapte platform prior to the event.

1.1.2 Gate Tickets: Tickets MAY be available for purchase "at the gate" online through the Volunteeriapte platform.

1.1.3 Tickets should be purchased PRIOR to arrival to ensure availability.

1.2 Ticket Requirements

1.2.1 Each person attending the event, regardless of age, must possess a valid ticket.

1.2.2 This includes all children in your group or vehicle.

1.2.3 Minor children must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

1.3 Identification Verification

1.3.1 All attendees over the age of 18 must present a valid government-issued photo identification.

1.3.2 The legal name on your photo ID must exactly match the legal name associated with your Volunteeriapte account.

1.3.3 Check-in personnel reserve the right to deny entry to individuals whose legal names do not match.

1.4 QR Code Admission (Optional)

1.4.1 Presenting your ticket QR code either from your phone or printed will speed your check-in

1.5 Re-Entry

1.5.1 Ticketed participants are permitted to leave the event at any time.

1.5.2 Re-entry is allowed: Vehicles returning to site MAY NOT BE ALLOWED to drive on site or to their camp depending on conditions at the discretion of the event.

1.6 Admission and Attendance

1.6.1 Each ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the venue for the specified event. The Event Organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to any person, or to remove any person from the premises, at any time and for any lawful reason. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who fail to produce valid identification, refuse to submit to a mandatory security screening, exhibit signs of intoxication, use foul or abusive language, or engage in behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other attendees. Violation of these terms immediately voids this license and forfeits all rights hereunder without refund or credit.

2. Ticket Transfer Policy

2.1 Transfer Availability: Ticket transfer functionality may be available for certain ticket types only. Please refer to your specific ticket details for transferability information.

2.2 Resale Restrictions: If your ticket type allows transfer, you may sell your ticket to another individual, but the sale price cannot exceed the original purchase price paid to Volunteeriapte. Profiteering from ticket resale will result in the cancellation of your ticket and potential account suspension or ban.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 All ticket purchases are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason.

3.2 Event Cancellation: In the circumstance of event cancellation event staff reserve the right to either: (a) transfer purchased tickets to a future event of comparable value, or (b) issue a full refund for all tickets purchased. The decision of which option to implement will be made by event staff at their sole discretion.

4. Consumer Data Privacy Policy

4.1 Privacy Policy: By creating an account on the Volunteeriapte platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Volunteeriapte Privacy Policy.

4.2 Stripe Privacy Policy: In addition to the Volunteeriapte Privacy Policy, your use of the platform constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. Terms of Service

5.1 Terms of Service: By creating an account on the Volunteeriapte platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Volunteeriapte Terms of Service.

5.2 Stripe Terms of Service: In addition to the Volunteeriapte Terms of Service, your use of the platform constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in the Stripe Terms of Service
